You will learn basic Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Flamenco, Samba, and Reggaeton dance movements while focusing on strengthening your spine, back and core.

The collaborations feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. The fusion of Pilates helps gain postural awareness and strengthen those deep core stabilizers that promote a healthy back and spine.
